Displeased? Or has the recipient received a damaged/broken product? Then you can return the package to us for a refund.

The right of withdrawal applies to our gifts/products as described in the Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Send an email to within 14 days of receiving the package
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of notification by Mailbox Surprise and any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • All returned goods must be intact.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when your credits have been processed.
  • We do not pay return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error or damaged goods.
  • We have the right to refuse credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
